Welcome to daoeyuan. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Shipment
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Area & Restrictions
We only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any remote or rural areas classified as ineligible by our carriers. Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded automatically.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 (pre-tax, after any discounts are applied).

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5 business days to eligible addresses. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may use this number to track your package status online.

Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.

Lost or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service first. daoeyuan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has marked them as delivered. For packages lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
